Fear Scale in Horses
Here is a simple graphic to analyze your horses response in a trying environment. It is important to notice the changes in the responses when a horse becomes more fearful. Notice in the higher levels the horse does not offers a response at all, which can result in a dangerous situation. All handlers need to see the escalation in horse and act accordingly to ensure both horse and handler are safe.
